The room was nice we always stay in this hotel

To be improved

The kids pool was closed due to renovations we always stay in this hotel for our family holiday we were not notified the poolside area would be like a building site the kids pool re opened 5 days into our stay and was very dirty which lead to our daughter contracting a UTI which almost lead to a planned surgery been rescheduled

I have attempted to provide feedback direct to property but as this was not taken on board will add to my review. Constant noise from apartment above from construction. I have video sound proof of this. Wifi did not work in our room, and was offered no better solution. Did also not work around much of the property. Air con was ore set for all rooms and could not be changed for individual preference Overpaid for the nights we were there. Was given a free upgrade apparently, so not sure of the level of non upgraded rooms. Ours didn't appear to be an upgrade.
