Location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Cleaners came every day. Room had everything we needed. Complimentary Ski lockers were in a great location.

To be improved

The beds were uncomfortable but that is a personal preference. Finding the hotel entrance in the parking was difficult as I didn’t have any instructions but that could be a booking.com thing instead of a trevenque problem.

“Hotel Trevenque is in Plaza Andalucia which is at the heart of the resort and a few meters away from the Al Andalus cable cars. The Hotel has direct access from -2 level of the Plaza Andalucia parking. Room was large and comfortable. It was very warm thanks to the heating which worked well. · Cons: The fact that the Hotel has direct access from the parking is not highlighted enough. More importantly, the Hotel should tell guests to tell Resort Security or Policia Nacional that they have a reservation as that will allow them to go through even when the parking is supposedly completely full. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this on the Sunday and ended up parking 35 mins walk away on arrival.”
