“We where not able to stay there when we arrived as there had been a serious flood , but the staff where very helpful and arranged a place at hotel vibra San remo just down the road. The staff there where excellent and helpful in a situation difficult for all parties. · Cons: Vibra San Remo staff have to be commended for the way they handled everything”

Decent pool and live music around the pool, fairly good location but still quite a walk from most things

Rude staff, every single member of staff we spoke to other than the cleaners were ridiculously rude. Was staying alone as two girls and was getting harassed by two groups of boys the whole stay, banging on our doors throughout the night, peering over our balcony all the time trying to see us getting changed, we told the staff multiple times and they basically said it wasn't their issue, food at pool bar was disgusting, room was dirty when we arrived with ants in our room. We found a packet of class A drugs amongst the pots and pans in our room. Our stuff was stolen from by the pool and when we told a staff member and asked if anyone had handed it in they then again said it was not their problem and offered no help at all. We were constantly tutted at and glared at by staff. Would not stay here again
