“Great Location, Fab Apartment”

The best

Really fabulous location, and great studio apartment with everything we needed. Wonderful host met us and helped us with great restaurant and local recommendations. Was the perfect place to stay in the old part of Palma. Will stay again.

“Exceptional”

The best

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a central location. The cathedral is only a few minutes away, with restaurants at your doorstep and a supermarket nearby as well. There was an issue in the apartment, but it was professionally resolved by the extremely helpful apartment owner. Highly recommend

The location is amazing and the facilities are generous

To be improved

The minus is the lack of curtains. The main shutters don’t block all light and being opposite the bed, the morning light will wake you early.

Location was the best. Market 30 seconds away, cathedral 5 mins. Superb

We read comments that previous reviewers had left about the thin walls and we were concerned We did hear the neighbours voices, water running through pipes etc but the neighbours seem respectful and the noise stopped at 11pm ish and everything was ok the 5 nights we were there.

“Excellent location - Functional apartment, but strange internal layout with little ventilation”

The best

Fantastic location just minutes from la Lontja. The apartment is spacious for a studio and is functional as it has the benefit of a full kitchen with washing machine, oven hob, kettle, Nespresso.

To be improved

The bed fits wall to wall & is tucked at the back of the apartment under a low roof, with no opening windows, which felt a bit like sleeping in a cupboard & quite claustrophobic. We arrived after 10pm and had to pay €30 in cash to be let in - the check-in guy had no change which caused a hassle - & it felt the most important aspect was his cash. There are NO curtains at all in the whole apartment and the shutters don't close, so you wake up early. The opening window onto the street is quite small & the apartment goes far back internally so it is quite dark and even with the windows open lacks ventilation. Noise passes easily - we were kept awake until 2am one night by the neighbours chatting and playing music. The tumble dryer didn't work.
