Sofa bed is hard Noise mainly from neighboring guests No place to dry laundry despite having a washing machine. A dishwasher would have been more practical Construction work nearby disturbed sleep in the mornings (beyond the hotel’s control)

We booked a double bed for our anniversary. Ended up in small room. Single beds, poor room set up. The aircon was by the entrance to the room so effectively useless, no coffee machine just an old school coffee pot. Complaints fell on deaf ears with no managemt engagement at all. The room was mis sold, not value for money, crap customer care. Wouldn't stay again. Would not recommend this place.

Nice premises in a very good location

No staff were on duty, so actually getting into the building was difficult, temporary parking while attemting to gain access was hazardous and as it's apartments there is of course no service in terms of bars or breakfast, but the room was comfortable and clean
