- the rooms weren't clean, especially the floors - the AC didn't work at all - the toilet was uncomfortable to use - way too close the wall and the door - the reception was not on the site - it's actually in another building, which is a restaurant - the staff wasn't helpful at all - asking for the right person to come to the reception, explaining where the room is, printing the invoice without mistakes - all that seemed problematic. All in all, customer service was non existant. - if the restaurant is integrated with the hotel - it's way overpriced and the food served there is of the lowest quality prepared with the lowest effort

No reception had to go to nearby restaurant

When I reserved my room, I verify clearly that front desk is open 24h, and then I booked my room. But unfortunately when I reached there late night doors was closed and I was not able to enter, there was mentioned on the door that reception is at nearby restaurant. But unfortunately restaurant was closed too. Then I called at number which was given at my booking, lady told me reception is closed. I spent my remaining half night in my car.
