“Hotel Araxa Palma Mallorca”

We are a Canadian couple who travelled to Mallorca this fall and were fortunate to chose the Hotel Araxa in Palma for a 3 day stay. This was our last hotel stay in Mallorca after a month long visit. This is a first class hotel in s beautiful setting outside the busy old town of Palma. A very pursuant walk from the hotel along the shore or through town gets you to the old town in about a half hour. Our room was awesome with a large balcony overlooking the pool and grounds. Buffet breakfast is included and offered a good selection of food to get your day started. We enjoyed dining at the hotel. The meals were delicious and staff were great. Mallorcan wine is a must. All the staff were very helpful and kind. It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Araxa while visiting Palma. The hop-on bus was an excellent way to get to know Palma. The old town and the Cathedral are a must see for your visit.

“Little relaxing gem in Palma!”

I loved the hotel’s charming retro style. It felt more like stepping into a cozy 50s home than a typical hotel. Despite being a 3-star, it offers all the amenities you'd expect from a 4- or 5-star stay: a beautiful pool, spacious rooms, spa, gym, bar, restaurant, and even classes. We truly appreciated the perfect blend of comfort and style!

To be improved

The only areas for improvement would be the service speed and food quality. The staff were friendly and professional, but clearly understaffed, which led to longer wait times. The food was decent but fairly average—there’s definitely room to elevate the quality.
