Unfortunately we only stayed one nights as we had to return home due to a family emergency. But the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff friendly. And it was in ideal place for what we wanted to do.

To be improved

We didn't have any hot water for a shower in the morning. . And would have liked some information on meal times.

The staff were very friendly and attentive and it was very clean

To be improved

The outside toldos was full of smokers, you cannot eat out there. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. In need of an update , the room was a bit overpriced

I asked for a downstairs room as My son was disabled and my mobility wasn't Great arrived to be told they haven't got down stairs rooms no lift so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs not appropriate I've booked again for a March next year i will definitely be cancelling my future bookings koi feel they New my requirements and if they couldn't for fill my requirements they should have had the decency to explain there accomodation wasn't suitable

The location was ideal for us as we had a rafting activity planned nearby. The food we had from the restaurant was good.

Although there were mosquito nets around the bed there were lots of mosquitoes both inside and outside of it and so we were bitten quite badly during the night. The bed seemed very hot - a foam mattress probably… advice would be put the air conditioning on and shut the bathroom window (which had been left open by staff), and take and use insect repellent!
