My room was large, clean, tidy, and comfortable and was large enough in which, to store my bicycle. The person who was on reception when I arrived and served me breakfast was helpful and kind and spoke English really well. The breakfast was adequate and kept me satisfied until lunchtime. The hotel is centrally located and easily found. I would return to the hotel again.

To be improved

I don't think the breakfast, although adequate, was at the correct price point. The hotel is a little dated, but that didn't bother me.

“Welcoming and friendly, with a great location and continental breakfast. All good value. We have returned three times.”

This is not The Ritz, so don’t expect The Ritz. However, do look forward to a warm and friendly welcome, spotlessly clean bathroom and room, a really good continental breakfast with ample choice plus excellent croissants, coffee and fresh orange juice. The breakfast room is a small,cosy lounge and bar in the evening but the hotel is excellently located in the centre of the interesting town. There are a couple of park areas and river and the large Eroski is great for cheap fuel. Park in the Bitteri car park - the entrance looks grim, but the (underground) car park is well lit and cctv monitored 24/7. Cost is £€10 and it is one minute or less from the Hotel Arrasate. Some of the furnishings are now a little tired,but the hotel is good value, friendly and safe.

Some of the furniture is basic or a little tired, but overall good sized rooms and a good atmosphere.
