The Air Conditioning and location was excellent!

To be improved

Size of room was really small. No windows - felt a bit claustrophobic. No staff on premises - no extras, every communication was via What's App. Interior of lobby smelled terrible.

There was no reception desk and no staff at the hotel except for a cleaning lady. However, once you figure out how to contact the hotel office by e-mail or whatsapp, they are very accommodating and helpful.

To be improved

Probably more explanations about there being no staff at the hotel. Also, they send the door code by e-mail and what'sapp which you cannot get without internet access if you are travelling from overseas. They could send it about one week or at least a few days before the departure.
