The best

Hotel Atari is wonderful. It has an amazing location in the heart of the old town with a fantastic pinxos bar downstairs. It also has a rooftop balcony overlooking the cathedral where you can enjoy the slower pace of life. The room itself is spacious and modern and has amazing sound insulation given you are at the very heart of San Sebastián nightlife. Huge shoutout to the wonderful staff who arranged an amazing dinner for us at short notice, booked taxis etc. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location . Excellent breakfast . Very good soundproofing. It is right next to the bells of the cathedral!

The power points did not all work . Phone charging was a little difficult. Admittedly we did not report this .

“Best Location in old town”
The best

Perfect location if you want to be right in the heart of the old town action. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Staff were friendly and helpful.

When we checked in, we were sent to a dirty room that had not been made up yet. It was a mistake but better organization should avoid that. Shower didn’t include any shelves or spaces for toiletries so everything had to placed on shower floor. Pretty small room. Suitcases had to be on the floor. As for location, you are staying in the heart of the action, which is great, but it can get very noisy outside and it directly faces the church so you get loud bell noise. It’s quite muffled if your windows are airtight shut but just important to know when booking.
