“Great value for money, tasty food and helpful staff”

The best

The food quality was amazing! We took a half board and dinner was like you would go to a restaurant. Besides all the great options at the buffet there was also a grill station where you can get a high quality steak/fish/shrimps/pasta and other dishes included in the dinner price. The stuff was very helpful and friendly, we had a problem at our room and got a new one. The hotel has a beach club where you could get drinks and enjoy the sea view. In addition, the hotel is easily reachable by a bus A42 from the airport (be aware of possible strikes though).

To be improved

The late night loud music from the hotel's beach bar was disturbing and preventing us to sleep. Room facilities could be renovated, ex. bed had wheels, so when turning at night it would move + a tea bag/coffee could be added to the room, as there was just a kettle.

The best

Perfect location and we loved the chilled out vibe of the pool bar area with comfy seating and music. Lots of little extras like the fact people leave books once read and the hotel cat was often sunbathing in reception. Hotel was so good we often choose to spend our evenings there with a cocktail.

To be improved

We were not in the main building and had a room without a sea view. The main hotel is across a small walkway but super close so no problem. My only negative apart from the room being cosy would have been to have had some recliner chairs on our ground floor terrace area, some rooms have them, ours didn’t and if I was being very picky I’d say that the wardrobe/drawer space is limited.

Buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing! So many options and the chefs cooked for you which was a lovely addition. Staff were super helpful in accomodating for allergies.

To be improved

The only thing that could be better is maybe adding allergen info onto the food labels. If staff are busy it would be good to know what is available without having to wait to ask.

“Perfect little place, highly recommend”

The best

View from reception is amazing, staff are all really friendly & helpful. All areas were really clean. Surrounding restaurants were all excellent and great value. Air con in rooms worked perfectly. Plenty of sun loungers available through the day too. Breakfast was great and the chef making the omelettes was the nicest guy, big smile every day and remembered what you have.

The best

The overall look of the hotel inside and out was lovely. The reception area is modern and bright and the view out to sea is very nice.

To be improved

The location wasn’t ideal for us, it’s great that you can walk up and down the street but we didn’t like the stinky beach it was on. It had a horrible smell and wasn’t really a beach. The only beach worth sitting on is the one at calla millor which is about 10 min walk or more depending on which bit you want to sit on
