Breakfast options

I dont know why every where were mirrors. It gave us the impression we were followed everywhere.

The interior is quite outdated and could use a refresh. From the outside, the hotel looks much better than it does inside. The walls were painted in colors like purple, which felt a bit odd and not very inviting. The elevator was out of service, so we had to carry heavy luggage down the stairs. The air conditioning worked, but it seemed old and may not be regularly maintained. In our room, the shower was very small, while the kids’ room had a large one. However, the bathroom only had a short curtain, which caused the floor to get soaked easily. The television was extremely small and outdated, something you rarely see anymore. Still, we weren’t there to watch TV.

There were no electricity when we arrived late at night and nobody informed us doing check in

Check in was a shambles - even though we had already checked in online we had to wait for almost an hour (at 1am with two small children) because the people in front of us hadn’t checked in online. Very noisy hotel - air conditioning vents right above our room so we had to sleep in the children’s room. Breakfast was poor - hot water machine was not working so no coffee or tea. I am gluten free and could only eat cornflakes.

The toilet in one of the rooms hadn’t been cleaned- not great, but everything else we clean.
