“Don't waste your time an go to another bath house, just go see the stone monastery and leave town”

Nestor at the front desk was the only person to be kind. The old lady at the bathhouse was very rude and seemed like she did not want her job. The same goes for one other woman at the front desk who never shed a smile. The hotel was completely booked, so getting a parking space was a struggle, the pool was dirty and there were no chairs available we had to take a towel and sit on the floor by the pool. The card doors always got deactivated we had to go 4 times downstairs to get them reactivated and we made sure not to put them close to other cards or near our cellphones.

The staff wasn’t nice at all, we had to pay for the bathrobe, ( even though the stay was 180 $ per night). Breakfast wasn’t hoot either. Really disappointed for the price .

The buffet breakfast was excellent. More gluten free options would have been good, especially cereal.

The room we booked originally didn't have a view and was small with a king sized bed. We wanted a super king bed, so upgraded to a larger twin room with a view which catered to our needs very well.
