Hotel Balneario de Chiclana

The staff is slow and they blame you from their own mistakes. They got our rooms mixed with other guests and asked the other clients to swap with us, like they were making us a favor, and then said we mixed when we had separate booking accounts. The staff is really slow to let you check in. I asked the courtesy for them to open a bottle of wine to share it with my lover and they refused to saying that they also sell wine there. They didn’t have any massager available and didn’t bother noticing us in advance. When asked about that they said it was our fault that we didn’t message them saying we were interested in those services. We only stayed for one night but we didn’t feel welcome.

Facilities in bedroom very basic. No second pillow, no kettle, nothing!

The mattress wasn't comfortable. For the main course, there were only two dishes to choose, no variety nor a selection of food, very basic and poor for the money paid. The beach was not so close.

It is a little bit old

Not very accessible if you are not driving, no fridge or kettle available, bar and restaurant closed during siesta hours so no way of getting refreshments if you arrive then
