“The hotel was very clean and staff really friendly. The breakfast was very good and included in the price of the booking. Dinner was priced extra, but good value and the red house wine was good. A short walk to the local town · Cons: Unfortunately if you wanted to use the swimming pool, this was not included as it was part of the SPA and so was extra. The gym we weren't sure if this was included in the booking price.”

When making the reservation, I was drawn by the services advertised, especially the presence of a spa on the premises, which was a decisive factor in choosing the hotel. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that access to the spa was not included in the room rate and that an additional fee was required to use it. I consider this a clear case of misleading advertising. The spa is highlighted as a facility offered by the hotel, with no clear mention that its use would incur an extra charge. Furthermore, I noticed that almost all services advertised as part of the experience come with additional costs, which gave me the impression that guests are being misled. Transparency is essential in the provision of services, and I hope you reconsider how you present your offerings to the public. I look forward to a response and, if possible, compensation for the frustration and for the service that did not match what was advertised.”
