“Room was great size. in hotel parking · Cons: The smell. From the moment we entered the lift & all along the corridors there was a very strong smell of bleach. It was quite unpleasant. Bath didn't work ( jets/ jacuzzi) . Bathroom fixtures ( shower ) could do with updating. Whilst plentiful in choice, a good cup of coffee at breakfast is needed. The machine coffee and / or tea leave much to be desired. A kettle/ tea/ coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition.”

Room nice view, nice recepcionist mostly the blond woman, she was very kind & helpful.

3 things, breakfast, breakfast is ok but the salon is quite messy, everyone is lining for the coffee machine when there's actually better coffee on the other side, the toast is next to the tables of the guest, bad distribution but nice. There were no fuet or jamón which is quite strange since it's the most typical thing in Catalonia/Spain, no garlic either or some gluten free options, there was a fly in the soy milk and nobody took it out even if they saw it. 2nd is I asked for an hour of late check out paying but they didn't wanted to give it to us, they didn't even bother looking for it, they just told that it's not possible, am a recepcionist too so I know how these stuffs works. 3rd , no slippers, no extra pillows, no toothbrushes, why is the hotel facility so poor? Toothbrush and toothpaste is a must-have , even in a 1 star hotel has better, they didn't told us that they ran out, they said they don't have that,Even the bathroom itself doesn't even have plastic on the trash bin, the bathrobes are so small, not very "gordo-friendly" :D at the checkout they just told us to pay €9 for the swimming caps , no formalities and so on. As a receptionist I don't think that's how u treat the guest. We are at least thankful to the blond lady who made us the check in, she was very very nice and made us feel welcomed, I don't know her name though.

If your room is pointed to the Main Street be prepared to hear people outside . Which is normal as you have a bar downstairs.
