The best

The rooms were comfortable. Pool was great on a hot day- except it was too cold. Staff was great!

To be improved

The one large pillow to share on large beds. Breakfast and the fixed rice dinner leave a lot to be desired.

“Nice place to stay.”
The best

It was clean. Staff was nice. they picked me up at an agreed-upon location. they answered all my annoying questions via WhatsApp, very timely and patiently. The breakfast was plentiful.

To be improved

The window treatments on all the windows in my room were all messed up and hanging down. Not really a big deal, but it just makes you wonder what else they aren’t paying attention to. I did not see any other problems though. I took pictures just in case I got blamed, but no one ever said anything.

“The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was great and had a bath! The staff were all very helpful and kind. They had a free pickup service from hospital de bruma for those doing the Camino which was great. · Cons: There are no shops or restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurant only serves food at certain hours.”
