No reception worth speaking of, finding the hotel by car is a nightmare. It should be made clear that this is not a hotel is the traditional sense, just a bunch of rooms. All keys are digital. Just be aware that all beds are no doubles, no twin options!

attention was non existing. We asked for a two single beds MONTHS in advance and got a double. No answers, nobody in the front desk, faulty facilities, not a good experience.

The best

I got to the hotel early and had an ankle injury so wanted to drop off my bag. The man at reception was so kind and helpful and took my bag and said he would have my room ready by 12.30pm. I went back at 12.30pm and was given access to my room.
