The design was stunning—modern, clean, and thoughtfully curated. The rooftop pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Staff was kind and attentive, and the room was spacious, quiet, and well-equippe

The hotel looked very nice when you first walked in and the facilities were fine. Most of the reception staff were very nice and helpful.

To be improved

Ants (hormigas) in the room. Cockroaches cucarachas) in the corridors. I have photographs. No teabags in the room. The barman was useless. He didn’t know what a tanque was. He didn’t know what an Aperol spritz was. He didn’t know how to open a bottle of cava. He tried to give me flat cava!! The starters that my son and I had were appalling. 5 boquerones on a pile of crisps. A very nice waitress from Dominica apologised and took them off the bill. Breakfast- nothing to keep hot food hot. Nobody was making any attempt to clear the tables. We had to pull a side table up to put dirty dishes he’s on. An hour later the dishes were still there!! One of the coffee machines was broken. No semi skimmed milk in a 4 star hotel. THE WORST THING WAS THAT I WROTE TO THE MANAGER PAU WHO DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO RESPOND. I chased it with reception and still no response. Hence this review.

“Great Resort Hotel”
The best

Great pool and food , close to the beach. Staff really friendly and helpful best resort hotel I have been to. I liked it so much I came back after leaving for an extra day. Thankyou everyone that works there especially David at the Bar and Monica on reception.
