“Hotel looked great, and some of the staff were lovely, some front desk staff so rude and unhelpful. When we arrived our bedroom smelt so badly of cigarettes and I asked for assistance yet no one helped and it seemed like they thought we were lying. Jean was excellent on the bar so friendly and helpful. All inclusive isn’t the best in regards to drink selections so had to pay even more to upgrade to all inclusive plus so we had more choice. · Cons: Above”

“Cons: We had to beg them to clean our room, we stayed 8 days and they cleaned only once..everything was super dirty, breakfast was also terrible only 1 choice and its UK FOOD ONLY, nothing special. People come for spanish culture, traditions and food not UK. I feel bad for this country since its becoming UK. Never coming back again for sure.”
