“Breakfast was amazing. Staff always exceptionally helpful. Rooms and cleanliness were excellent. Loved the location and everywhere we wanted to see was within walking distance. · Cons: The pool was closed one evening (our last) - from 6 for an event. We were particularly upset as we deliberately booked a hotel with a pool and to return after a long hot day sightseeing to be told the pool area was closed was not very good customer service. We weren’t the only people disappointed. Please don’t advertise the balcony as a balcony - it felt more like an echoing greenhouse.”

The best

The staff at the hotel, were outstanding and couldn't do enough for you. Valet parking service was extremely convenient, especially with parking in central Seville being so expensive. The hotel roof top pool and bar was a great added bonus, with wo deedul views across the city.
