“Great city to explore, shops, parks, river walks and plaza's.”
The best

Great location, near the train station, we travelled to Torrelavega by train. Loads to see and do, will definitely go back and stay again. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful and kept very clean.

To be improved

We had a room at the back and felt we couldn't open the curtains as it is overlooked. I suppose someone has to have those rooms, better for people on business really. If we stayed at this hotel again it would only be if they had a room available at the front.

The best

Very friendly lady at the front desk. Good times for check-in and check-out.

To be improved

Very much noise from the station and railway crossing right in front. It was NOT possible to close the door to the bathroom AND there was a constant strong smell of sewer.

“A convenient and ideal overnight stay with very helpful people.”
The best

Ideal overnight stay. Excellent staff doing fast check-in and departure. Very secure parking and helpful access to it. Very good bedroom facilities - handy power points, great wifi. Absolutely clean. Bed firm but fine. The hotel is right opposite the train station - but there was no disturbing noise. Very central with heaps of shops and restos. Will definitely stay again in future.
