Hotel is still in good shape. From the counter to the kitchen staff and cleaners, we thank you for the excellent service. The one that I love most is the quality of breakfast food. The texture, softness and distinct taste of their food are superb. I will be seeing you again.

“Solid”

The best

Even the hotel has 4 stars, some things are not 4 stars. Dust in the warderobe, shower cabin has no doors, water goes on the floor and you need to clean it. 6 euros is city tax per person and it’s too much. There is no toilet brush, slippers are listed like default stuff but they were not in the room. I asked for them and reception guy gave it to me. Lock was broken inside but it worked somehow. I used hotel parking it’s 15€/day. It was quiet. Location is ok.

“Underrated hotel with some minor issues to address.”

My partner and I fancied a trip to Barcelona, well she did, she found this hotel and was impressed by what she saw.. she booked and we headed off, no issues with the check in, it took about 5 minutes and straight up the room, it was a small but tidy room with minor cosmetic issues but nothing to be upset about.. we went for a long walk and got back for 7pm to prepare for the meal service, the service was a tad slow but the food wasn't bad, we didn't find the menu was the same the next day but it didn't disappoint.. the breakfast was fully continental, if you are expecting a full English then forget it, that being said there is decent selection of food and drinks. The experience with the hotel was good, would I class it as a 4 star no, maybe a 3 or 3.5 but it was still good and the staff were really friendly which enhanced the experience.. would we stay again, absolutely Negatives Lack of tea and coffee choices in the room No milk in the room The restaurant needed different menus Positives The bed was comfortable Shower was great Hotel was extremely clean Staff were brilliant Metro is about 6 minutes away.
