Hotel Best Aranea

Stayed at Hotel Best Aranea and overall had a decent experience mainly because of its convenient location. The hotel is in a safe and quiet area, and it’s very walkable to major attractions like Sagrada Família, which is about a 10-minute walk away. It is also close to metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to get around Barcelona. The front desk staff were professional, but they were not particularly friendly or very helpful compared to other hotels. Breakfast was a positive highlight with a good variety of options, including pastries, fruits, eggs, and other buffet items. The room was clean but not very spacious, which might be expected in many European hotels. One disappointment was that we requested a queen bed but were given twin beds, and the hotel did not really try to accommodate the request. Overall, it’s a good choice if you want a safe, well-located hotel with decent breakfast, but the small room size and lack of flexibility with bed requests were drawbacks.

The room is extremely tiny for the price you pay and as in pictures on website. Too hot in the room, air-condition doest work in winter period, too noisy from outside and within the hotel as guests slamming doors. Reception is not helpful at all…🤷🏽‍♂️ I paid almost 600 pounds for 4 days… Bad experiene… Never to Barcelona again 😔

Had a lovely stay at the hotel aranea. Staff were always pleasant & happy to help you. Very polite, nothing was a bother, always happy to help us and other clients. The rooms were very clean and a good size. The shower was brilliant, Definitely felt refreshed after having a shower. The only problem I found was not having any shelving in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. We would definitely stay again when in Barcelona.

Very good clean and comfortable budget hotel. Helpful friendly staff. Really handy for Sagradia and nearest Metro (Monumental) 6 min walk. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Hotel breakfast was pretty good too. They have a large left luggage area which is handy if you are needing to leave stuff before a flight etc. I would probably stay again if in the city.

Everything was great. Nice and very clean room, comfortable bed, mini fridge and kettle available, daily cleaning and change of towels in the bathroom. Very friendly staff at the reception and all praise for them. We had the possibility of early check-in and late check-out which meant a lot to us. The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport stations, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Excellent value for money.
