“Bring ear plugs”

The best

We had a room on the 7th floor and the noise from the street was horrendous. Just constant loud noise all the time. There's no sound proofing and the windows must be single glazed and poorly fitted because there's absolutely no barrier to the noise. If you book this hotel you'll need the very best ear plugs you can buy.

“Ideal location”

The best

It's a brilliant hotel. Prime location few minutes from tube station Reception staff very friendly Speedy check in Rooms good size was in room 2328 hotel 2 Towels fluffy Breakfast was amazing lots of choice Something for everyone Only 2 negatives aircon was useless blowing hot Room was very hot even with windows open Did ask at reception if anything could be done No its the building setting Shower got it right temperature then like a turbo kicking in was red hot You book a hotel to sleep Loved the hotel would of rated it excellent but for air con shower issues But if you can't sleep as room so hot that's why I wouldn't stay again as which is a shame

“Very poor, avoid if you can.”

The best

My wife and I stayed here with my parents in-law,sister, and brother-in-law. We were in hotel 2, rooms 2130, 2131,and 2132. The noise level for all rooms was horrendous;street noise from pedestrians and traffic, school opposite, night club, and other hotel guests in the hallway. Would benefit from sound proofing. There was no air-conditioning so had to open windows which made the noise even worse (summer would have been horrendous with no air-conditioning) The showers in all three rooms had temperamental water temperature going between scorching hot and freezing cold within seconds. The rest of the bathroom was grubby and run down. The positioning of the sink and bathroom door is awkward and dangerous; three people in our oarty trapped theor fingers! One was quite bad with instant heavy bruising. Whilst the safe in our room worked, the battery for the one on my paremts room needed changing and the one in my sisters room needed to be reset - things that should be checked between arrivals and departures. The socket in which the kettle was plugged in, in my parents room,was damaged and a health and safety risk. The bathroom in my parents room stank of urine. Desk lamp shade in our room needs replacing, it they were all cracked and damaged. The beds are two singles pushed together, no duvets old style itchy blankets and sheets, the pillows are also very odd, long and thin!!! Would not recommend to friends or family.

“Not the best nights sleep”

The best

The hotel was clean and staff approachable. It is noisy, we were kept awake by the nightclub and its clientele below the hotel. Parel-el 62. Street cleaners in the early hours also. If you are older or a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend. We stayed for 4 nights.
