“The late check out was not possible on our day (full capacity), but we could still use everything (besides the room) in the hotel. · Cons: First of all the AC was not good. There’s some central air conditioning, so we couldn’t set the temperature we wanted, the room was too hot. Room cards - we had to go to the reception several times, because our cards were not working, which was not great going from the highest floor down. Elevators - during busy times (breakfast, dinner etc.) we had to wait quite some time for the elevator to come. Wellness - we paid for the wellness, but in the big pool there was not enough water as you can see in the pictures from the hotel. We paid also for the sunbeds in the “VIP zone” which was horrible for that price. The beds don’t look like in the pictures from the hotel - no black frame, white curtains, white mattress. Instead of it there’s green mattress which was dirty. Also somebody who hasn’t paid for the bed went there, nobody was checking it. When you pay for it, you get orange towel. Furniture - the hotel should invest in the new furniture. Our nightstands were really worn out.”

“Free sun loungers and parasols at the hotel · Cons: Although the cuisine of a different country was represented every day, the food was monotonous and tasteless. The waiters at the restaurant only speak Spanish. That make difficult to order drinks.”

“Would definitely return.”

The best

Great location. Lovely pool area with plenty beds etc . Lovely sea view from the pool area. Staff at pool bar were efficient and pleasant. Comfortable clean room.

To be improved

Having to pay 3e per day for a kettle/tea & coffee in the room. A lounger on the balcony (which was very large , with partial sea view) would have been nice.

“Great option for summer holidays (family trip)”

The staff is amazing, the facilities, value for money and the entire all-inclusive package is definitively a great option for family summer holidays.

To be improved

The spa area is a bit deficient, suggestion: work a bit more on that area.

The best

It was a nice hotel, plenty of sun-beds available throughout the day. The entertainment team were amazing. Plenty of restaurants in a walking distance.

It a far walk from the main marina so taxis are a must
