The location

To be improved

Upon arrival we fould very poor quality damaged beds, to which the lady on reception stated thats we paid for, we said that was not the case, I can upload picture of the beds on arrival, thank you.

“Overall a good stay”
The best

We had a family room that was great. Everything we needed was in the room. Comfortable beds. Pool was great but it was aloud to smoke there wich was a big inconvenience for our little ones.

To be improved

The balcony rail was no good for our one year olds. They could throw things in between and it was easy to climb if the kids had been a little older , so too dangerous. The hairdryer got overheated fast so it was difficult to use. Strong cleaning smell.

The best

If I could , I would give -4. It's definately not 4 star hotel, room was terably uncleaned, bathroom was the worst. It looked like it wasnt clean all season of not longer. During a 1week stay , cleaning wasn't done, just collectimg rubish & fixing towels, beds made. All dost and dirt stayed all week. Avoid this hotel if you can, apart from good location it doesn't have what to offer... Breakfast was ok, dinners usually food was cold... in general all enviroment , staff does look happy there...It distroyed my mood for all the rest of holidays

The best

Hotel clean and tidy. Food very very poor, stayed 10 nights and ate out 9 entered the restaurant viewed undercooked good ad ate out. Breakfast you can be queuing for 20 minutes to get a fried egg. The pool doesn't seem the sunshine and consequently is freezing. Location, ideal for eating out and the beach. Staff friendly

The best

Booked direct with hotel , was given a lovely large pool view room with two double beds, plenty of wardrobe space , cleaned spotlessly.nice quick checkin and given wristbands that activated the door to room . Simple and superb addition.Breakfast was delicious but we struggled to find anything for the evening meal .So many choices but too much fish and most meats were on the bone , pork knuckles , lamb with bones, beef knuckles.couple of evening just had a bread roll with cheese. Food temperature very poor at breakfast and in the evening,cleaning staff super friendly, hotel great location but if we returned it would be B&B only .free safe and good wifi .pool area no sun until midday onwards
