Hotel Best Delta

I have holidays booked for June and I been trying for weeks to get in touch with this hotel. I sent numerous emails and I had no reply I been trying to book cots for babies, if I dont hear back I will need to take cots with me

Buffet food was repetitive and unappealing at times. Most nights we had very little and were left hungry. Particular waitress had no people skills. Reception unhelpful at the best of times, and very little English speaking staff were available throughout our stay.

First impressions clean hotel and large pool area and seating. We found the entertainment centered on children so not that good for couples. We upgraded to all inclusive on arrival and wished we had not. Repetive with the Menu consisting of Pork and chicken with the bar menu burgers well undercooked. Peak times in buffet food came out cold and slow to replenish empty buffet. Service levels Intermittent but mainly pleasant. My main bug bare was they have a good sized pool area and covered seating which at night was closed off so not enough casual seating available unless you want to sit in with the kids club.

We spent marvellous 7 days in best hotel Delta. The hotel is clean, the selection of food is great, especially live cooking ( salsa wok, pancakes, eggs), drinks in all inclusive great. During day snacks available in pool bar. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back there.

Great experience. Really pleased with the hotel. All services used were as expected. Maybe it’s because the hotel had just opened for the season but the hotel was impeccably clean. Things I liked was the key fob for room which is on your wrist, small and practical. Not a credit card sized one which wipes every time u put next to your mobile phone ;( and need to get reception to reset it. Happens a lot to us on holiday. *Lots of choice of buffet food. *Ice cream, hot pizza and chips at bar Had a family room and they gave us two adjoining rooms, really handy. * Free parking right outside hotel.

What is double room nacional ?I want book holiday .But I can’t understand what is double room nacional. Thank …………………..
