Hotel Best Indalo

We decided to try the Best Indalo hotel Mojácar as it was my husband’s birthday. We stayed for three nights. The accommodation was acceptable, However as time went on it was evident that it was Schools Easter Holiday on the week we picked, not starting the next week as we thought. If you are a couple wanting a short break this is not the hotel for you. The bar area was separate from the hotel building and was used as a football pitch by a crowd of children.Families had descended on the Hotel (as it is all inclusive) and noise levels were crazy. The dining room was crazy too with not much choice and repetitive dishes. Also the hotel is mainly for Spanish guests and English was not widely spoken. I didn’t have a problem as l speak Spanish. On the whole the hotel best avoided if you are looking for a more ‘British’ experience as you won’t find it here. Do your research.

Amazing value for money, exceeded expectations. We booked this as a cheap weekend away but would definitely return! I have only ever visited family in this area so have never booked a hotel. We just needed a bed to sleep in as we were out most of the time but was definitely better than we expected for the price.

Good location with nice pool area. Breakfast was average and room was a bit dated but good size with nice sea views. Would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with marvellous new lagoon style pool. Rooms impeccably clean. Right on the beach with great views from rooms.

Great location very peaceful rooms fab cleaned everyday staff amazing great foe children with the new pools and little park food great first week not as good second but plenty to choose from.

We booked and paid for a superior room on a low floor for accessibility. Our travel agent emailed the hotel prior to us going. On arrival we were told there were No superior rooms on low floors, and they had no record of our request. We were given a room on floor two, it was small dark and no walk in shower no kettle either. We asked if possible to move next, but hotel was full. Our Jet2 tried without success but also said that we should have been told before booking. We speak some Spanish and are happy with an international hotel, but this hotel is basically a Spanish all inclusive including all the entertainment. Chaotic dining room and food cold,lots of queuing and understaffed. There was no snack bar if you were half board. The staff were pleasant and worked hard it was reasonably clean apart from the pool toilets which were disgusting. The area around the hotel is tired and rundown and a long walk from other amenities. Not for us and disappointing.
