“Ok for the money”
The best

Location and hotel was good. The size of rooms was good. We had two double beds.

To be improved

Food was horrible. Staff was rude. Key card would stop working 3/4 a day resulting in going up and down to get it fixed. This hotel defiantly needs extra lifts as the three that are there take forever to come and then when it does they are tiny and usually full. A lot of teenage kids like they was on a school trip. Big groups everywhere

It was so noisy at night There was young adults put beside a young family .We were awoken for hours with noisy parties beside us ,above us .There was numerous complaints from our floor .It was so unfair and I’ve never had it so bad in all my years going to hotels

We stayed for a one night stop over. When I arrived I realised I had left my phone in a taxi from the airport. The lady on reception went out of her way to help and we got my phone and bank cards back. Our room was ready on arrival. The staff are great.
