Hotel Best Osuna

The overnight staff person was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Rather than warm and inviting, he was condescending and insisted on barking at the guests. One night, he came out screaming at a group at the pool, barking commands. It was unpleasant. In addition, my room's bathroom sink and shower seemed to run out of cold water: I could only get scalding hot water! Sadly, after witnessing that incident, I didn't feel like "bothering" the desk clerk.

This is not a 4 star and frankly not an hotel. Maybe a motel. While the location is quiet and fairly central, the property is falling apart: lacking of the basics, from fading painting, rust everywhere and DIRTY VERY VERY DIRTY. You will find garbage in the flower vases surrounding the pool. Food leftovers, chips, tossed papers on the floor in the dining area: would you think someone would clean it? The sense of hospitality is just not there: not a polite welcoming word, not a smile from the reception staff and all the staff we met during our stay. I had asked for one extra pillow and the very rude staff at the reception told me that was not their job to look for more pillow, to wait for the next day and ask the housekeepers. Breakfast is terrible: old (spoiled) fruit and cheap snacks served, while a waiter with a trolley and trash bin goes around the tables, while people have breakfast. To sum up: if you have any basic standards, avoid this place.

Stuff can be more clients oriental. Pool, start working only at 11.00 a.m.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner and are in need of an update.

Perhaps some tea / coffee making facilities in the room.
