Hotel Best San Diego

More like a 2 star Room cramped and although cleaners in every day, they don’t do a very thorough job. Sound proofing horrendous, snorer in next room & you would have thought he was in same room. Food very poor and always cold. Pool area cleaned in the morning but not done throughout the day. Furnishings in reception ripped and just covered up. Overall decor poor - entertainment is non existent - kids entertainment is same 3 songs every night, kids entertainment during the day around the pool again non existent - entertainer not interested at all - location is in grubby run down area

Fantastic stay! I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to Dawid at the bar—he’s a really cool guy and made my evenings much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was perfect every morning. The room was cleaned perfectly everyday. The staff was very very helpful with a situation me and my family had. The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect for a nice relaxing holiday. I have been to this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years and I’m already looking forward to booking for next year to come back again! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We were in Salou in the beginning of Septemer with a group of friends. Our stay was fenomenal, same as the bartenders - David, Duran, Juan Carrlos, shoutout for them for making our stay incredible. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Especially bar staff David and Ivan! Location was perfect, beach, shops and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. Plenty of food choice at the buffet. Definitely recommend.
