Hotel Best Terramarina

Location and beach area was great, we were pleasantly surprised how clean the beach was kept and how wheelchair accessible everything was!

Bus service was good although parking wasn’t great as those not staying could use their parking lot?

It was a wonderful vacation, and I highly recommend this place. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and ours (room 311) had a beautiful sea view. The room also included a free safe. The food was excellent, featuring fresh seafood and vegetables. Enjoying both dinner and breakfast with the sea view made the experience truly amazing. In October, there was free parking available nearby. The beach is very clean, and the coastline is perfect for relaxing walks. I want to thank the hotel team for their care and kindness and hope to return someday.

Great hotel location,hotel is a nice building right next to the sea and in a good spot for the area of La Pineda with shops,quite bars and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was a side room,it was clean and nicely decorated out but it has a few niggles for us. That bathroom/sink/bedroom set up is not practical at all.The bathroom really needs to be sectioned off as it doesn't feel private and any smells coming from there just linger in the room.The glass door to the toilet just gets in the way as it just swings both ways and you can't lock it.The free safe is excellent but it's on the floor in the wardrobe (again,not practical especially if you have a disability or troubles get up and down). The door leading into all rooms were really dirty,the hallways need updating really. The reception staff are friendly,the head of the restaurant is a bit hit and miss and the restaurant staff are half and half, some friendly others don't look like they are bothered. The man who cooks the eggs is a lovely man and very friendly. The food is excellent with plenty to pick from considering it's quite small.We did have to que for evening meals a couple of times.So be aware of that. Entertainment, don't know as we never went on the night,pool is quite small but clean,the beach wins it over above all. We would stay here again but we know now what to expect,it's a great hotel,BUT needs a few alterations to the room most of all,this would make this place an absolutely perfect hotel.Thank you.

Just got back from a 4 night stay for a birthday. Hotel first impression good. Receptionist helpful. Lovely decor. Room a bit strange set up not much privacy due to a sink in the main bedroom. A frosted glass toilet door 😒room small. Beds like sleeping on rock, hubby got reumatoid arthritis so 4 nights of pain. No atmosphere in the hotel no entertainment ( except weekend) no facilities. A small freezing cold pool. Stayed half board. Food offering good. Very quiet. Mainly old people. Town was ok. Seemed to be a retirement town. Beach lovely. Sunbeds €20 for the day for 2 with table and umbrella, very comfy. Restaurant 108 very Spanish but English speaking not great. A restaurant next door not foreign friendly in fact not welcoming foreigners at all. Menu entirely Spanish so didn’t attempt to go in. Television all Spanish channels, English ones seem to have been switched off. Local bars would not put English football on only Spanish. Have been going to Spain since I was 19 now 59. Based on this trip would not go again. Canary Islands all the way. Welcoming and all year round sun and friendly people. If you don’t want us we won’t come. Staff at hotel were ok but didn’t feel valued 😒. 5/10 I am afraid

just got back from 2 weeks at this nice hotel first we both agreed the bar staff cleaners reception and the manager was brilliant ..first week are toilet leaked fixed after 2 days ad a few meals where the meat was raw ad a chat with the manager everything was fine.. must mention the drains around the pool smelt vile the shower room around the pool i couldnt put into words how bad the smell was...we felt the resturant was to small for the hotel if u didnt get in once the doors opened u would wait up to 40 mins but over all we enjoyed are stay shame hardly a sunbed in sight and it felt like we was the only hotel that was full
