Hotel BESTPRICE Girona

This is a 3-star hotel. My rating of 5/5 means that the location, cleanliness, and comfort were all excellent. I would stay there again. Appreciated the lock-safe and location to everything (walking distance).

The customer service was the poorest I have seen ever. There was a miscommunication/oversight between the hotel (blaming Bookings.com) and myself. The issue was eventually resolved by me leaving the hotel to go and book a way better hotel. ONE OF THEIR STAFF ON DUTY (Time stamp: Sunday 7th September 2025 between 1.30pm and 2.30pm) left her station, came after me, harassed me on the street of GironaI, whilst I was waiting for the bus to go to a different hotel. I will not name names here but the time stamp will let the organisation carry out their investigation It was a horrendous experience. I did not get to use the service I paid for. After such experience, I actually contemplated on flying back out straight away. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!! I came back to file a complain, the receptionists would give me the right contact to file my complains too. The supervisor one of the would not talk to me. The reception cited, "it is a Sunday, they are not working". Why have a business? I will definitely not recommend this place to any of my fellow travellers. I feel so let down and angered by this place and how the situation was handled. I am one to promote businesses and detail my fabulous experiences whenever I am in a different country. BUT THIS ONE RIGHT HERE. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Very clean! Great location. Great price! Kid friendly. Near train station to Barcelona. Near old town. Would go back again.

Excellent location, simple, clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked a side street and was very quiet. Staff members were friendly and helpful and there were plenty of lovely cafes and shops nearby. It was so close to the centre too. Cheap and convenient parking.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10-15 minutes from some beautiful arts of Girona including the cathedral. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. And great value for money

Breakfast menu could be expanded to serve couple more items like toast, omelette etc
