Locality was good and the room was cleaned very well

No fridge in room or kettle! Towels not changed regularly. Second bedside table needed.

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, they are the best thing about the hotel

To be improved

When we entered there was a very strong bleach smell and we thought, great the rooms been disinfected. But when the bleach smell went, the room had a very very foul smell, much more than drains, the smell was so bad it kept waking me up, all our clothes and bags had that bad lingering smell on when we came home and even clean clothes and bags had to be washed, we only stayed 1 night and that was awful

EVERYTHING THE BATHROOM WAS FULL OF BLEACH THE BEDSHEETS HAD SAND IN AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE
