Position of hotel was very good central. Clean room.Area bar restaurant all very clean food great value ,castle area amazing will return just not the hotel.

To be improved

I found parking was all blue pay display here where i live in spain we have break in middle of day,so i did not notice that in this area was 10 till 10,obvs i got a ticket 70e/35e i asked at reception as i couldnt work out how to pay early at the 6.50e they wernt interested at all in helping,i eventually found a machine that would take the fine pay early a bit of help would have been nice as meter right outside hotel never mind plenty hotels round that area ,beautiful place.

So close to the sights . Room was clean Served a purpose.

To be improved

Room was quite small Also a beside cabinet which blocked at least 1/2 the door of the bathroom. Banged my leg a couple of times. Quite an odd smell in the room when I arrived. Smelt drains or room hadn’t been used for awhile. Had a element of staleness to it. Quick blast of the air con. WiFi was very hit and miss kept throwing me out if I didn’t use it for a short period of time.

“Good basic hotel. Clean, friendly and Fifty metres from beach.”
The best

Typical Spanish breakfast. Accommodation was quite basic but perfect for beach goers. Peniscola is a venue for Spanish so restaurants welcome children and very friendly. Not many English and very few English speakers.

To be improved

The price was way too high for what was, but I understand that prices are more reasonable outside peak times.
