The gentle staff and the beautiful location gave us an exceptional stay. We had the winery tour and the traditional menu for lunch, all very good and interesting!

The best

We liked it all. Room was lovely, quiet with comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and recommended an excellent restaurant in Navarette that we could walk to. Also enjoyed winery tour.

The best

Lovely room, good aircon, reasonable breakfast. In the small town a car ride away we found a lovely restaurant to eat in but the idea to book here was that we were going to dine and drink some wine in the hotel without having to go out in the car, but this was not possible on a one night stay.

To be improved

The bar area & lounge had absolutely no atmosphere, the area outside the hotel lacked seating & tables, there were no umbrellas, in fact there was no where to sit outside in the shade and have a drink. The car park is large. We were unable to have a meal in the hotel as you had to book 24 hours in advance and then it was only for lunchtimes. There were no facilities to eat in the hotel during the evening, as we arrived at 2pm we were told it was to late to book for lunch for the following day, also too late to book a wine tour for the following day.
