Hotel Bon Repos

For a start this hotel shows False advertisement, portrayed as somewhere with entertainment and loads of kids play areas and clubs, this was not the case when we arrived. There was nothing to do and for the week we stayed we mainly just used the hotel as a place to sleep even with paying for all inclusive. We had 2 small toddlers with us and the hygiene in the room/bathroom and food options were horrendous. When we first got into the room we had a look around and the first thing I did was pull out the bedside drawer to see an OPENED CONDOM packet in a room my child was staying in! No baby cot as advertised so had to co sleep for the week with my baby when we had never before and I didn’t feel like it was completely safe for him. I could go on and on… WILL NEVER RETURN !

If I could score a zero I would ! Checked in Sunday had to send all My details through email to the lady on reception I found very bizarre, there is no children’s club ,entertainment it’s just a hotel with a pool ,on the Monday the hotel was full of men at least 30 of them glaring at you and your family from what we gathered they were contractors from Barcelona we felt very uneasy at this hotel even walking the streets you would be looked down on and glared at never again will I ever visit Bon Repòs nor Caella not for tourist ! This was our first family holiday The only good thing was the weather !!!!

Hotel staff were amazing 5* Rooms were decent but have done with a extra pillow Hotel was cleaned everyday The girls on the reception were amazing the bar staff 5star Managers were amazing Food was OK most nights Only down fall was the German lads keeping everyone up by shouting / talking loud and rude towards staff and fellow guests

The staff at this hotel will excellent evey single one of them ,the food was OK most days they had to cater for a lot of different nationally, the only down fall was they had a large group of German teenagers who kept you a woke running down corridors most of the night banging on doors ,manager of hotel told them to be quite which they did for a few doors unfortunately on their last night which was also are last night they ran riot and threw cans and bottles from their balconies into the pool ,we didn't leave hotel on last day until around 3pm and with them gone so much better,hotel very clean close to beach and shops I would recommend this hotel but beware if they have teenagers staying ,finally i would like to thank everyone at the hotel for they hospitality

Everything was great, the only thing I could fault is that the dinner hall is far too small for the amount of people. People start queueing 15 minutes before the hall is open. Then you have to wait. The pool is miles too small for the amount of people, from above looks like beans on a plate, so many people in a tint pool, this didn't bother us as we wouldn't have used the pool anyway. All in all a good stay, we would definitely stay here again.
