Perfect location in quiet square close to the principal sites of the city. Reception staff provided frienly professional attention and service. Rooms tastefully decorated and furnished. Good cleaning service

“Lovely staff; very nice rooms but no hot water”
The best

We had a lovely stay. We stayed in the superior rooms with a balcony and views over the square. The square was busy and buzzy by day but quiet and peaceful at night. The only problem was that we only got 2 minutes of hot water per day which the hotel failed to fix over the course of our 3 night stay.

“Handy hotel in central location”
The best

Very central small hotel 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. Comfortable room though not large. Hot water a bit unreliable in the mornings. Breakfast was fairly basic. Room rate very reasonable for its location.

“Lovely hotel”
The best

The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable. However, the showerhead was not very good and there was no hair conditioner. It also would help to have a refrigerator.

“Amazing Staff”
The best

It was a remarkable experience staying at this hotel. Not only was the location ideal and the room exceptionally clean, but I also believe the hotel has a wonderful and amazing reception staff. They are always ready to help with anything you need to enrich your experience in this beautiful city. Thank you to everyone, with special appreciation to Carmen and the lovely lady who accompanied me to help find a taxi. My apologies for not remembering all the names. Wishing you all the best.
