Great location and very beautiful town!!

We checked in online as instructed. Never received email with check in instructions. No one sent room number or passcode. Called multiple times but no one answered. This caused us much anxiety as we had nowhere to go/stay. We had to book another hotel because could not access this hotel (which we already paid for). No live reception desk. Beware of booking this hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located in central area, nearby waterfront, shops and restaurants. We had a clean room overlooking the street and we loved the view.

To be improved

No staff on site, and there was a delayed response to guest requests. There was no way to get additional sheets/pillows/towels if needed. There were no specific instructions for parking, either, and it is difficult to navigate to parking lot.

Location, good renovation, clean

The room was really small, and the mattress very uncomfortable. Also, we were very disappointed as we were asking for support and clarification but the reception was always empty and they never reply back to our messages. We would have appreciate a lot a better customer service.
