“Great Potential but needs Focus”
The best

Ideal location in the centre of Elche with all important parking available - although sorely in need of attention. Wonderful tranquil setting with gardens and pool straight out of a Hollywood setting. Atmosphere in restaurant was non-existent, but numerous places to dine in City centre. Good size rooms with very comfortable beds ensured a good nights sleep, but it could so easily be improved with facilities like fridges, proper bedside tables, towel rails, more bins etc. Staff extremely friendly and helpful even though language was a challenge for all parties. Falls short because it straddles being a boutique hotel, health retreat and business event centre for local SME’s.

“A lovely relaxing stay”
The best

We loved the hotel, so much so, another booking was made for late September. The Mistri room is lovely and the hotel ambiance is very relaxing. Great communication and service. A short walk to Elche centre. The hotel is a real find!

“Stay away if you don't want to swim in urine”
The best

Beautiful room, nice garden and swimming pool but the bad condition of the swimming pool and staff attitude ruined everything.

To be improved

During the first night of the stay we tried to use the swimming pool. In the swimming pool you could sense the smell of urine. We notified staff about that right away. They didn't want to listen and told us they are checking the pool everyday and no one was complaining about the water quality, only us and the water meets all the standards. I guess those who urinate to the pool won't be complaining about that?? For us it was disgusting experience to take bath in other guests' urine and it ruined 2 days of our trip. They kicked us out with proposal to partially refund the rest of the stay. Doesn't seem too nice for notifying about sanitary problems, huh? We booked something quickly somewhere else and the pool there was in perfect condition. I would not recommend that hotel due to the staff ingoring notifications about serious sanitary issues.
