The best

Everything about this hotel and staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was amazingly beautiful with excellent air conditioning. The staff were 100% focused on making sure their guests felt welcomed and happy. The location was brilliant and the staff took the time and care to explain where to visit and how to get back to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value.

Excellent location and the warm and gracious welcome and assistance from Evã, the Hotel Manager. Evã’s communication before, during and after our stay was first class. She is a magnificent ambassador for the hotel and region. Oh, we also loved and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast; the welcome drink of local fortified wine, the pillows were a dream to sleep on and there was parking outside the door (at a cost, but still, pretty happy with that!)

To be improved

Unsecured wifi. Would really encourage password secured wifi on a closed network.

The best

Excellent location, cute hotel, exceptional staff and service. Our room was located near the lobby so was a little noisy during the day but very quiet at night. Would definitely go back. Of note- we did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Raul and Mike were excellent hosts. Position was excellent.

To be improved

The route to their parking garage was very very tight along narrow streets. Would suggest parking outside the historic centre and walk the 100m to the hotel.

The best

It was a central location witj good availibility for all touristic sights in the city.Contact was direct with the hotel via app , got also advice where to park . The welcome was very nice and the room was great !
