“Beautiful rural hotel.”
The best

Beautiful rural hotel. We loved the way it was furnished and enjoyed the terrace and lovely gardens. The building was a Spanish delight.

To be improved

Dinner in our view was expensive. It lacked flavour and some food was not hot enough, which was reported to a member of staff. Fridge in the room would have been good.

“Cute , but”
The best

Overall, our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and most of the people staff were friendly and professional. However, unfortunately, one experience negatively affected the overall impression of our visit. One of the staff members serving breakfast responded to our polite questions in a very passive-aggressive and dismissive manner, repeatedly saying “One moment, please” with a visibly irritated attitude. It was disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable. Such behavior really took away from the otherwise enjoyable experience we had at your hotel. I strongly believe that proper training in customer service, especially in how to approach guests with kindness and a welcoming attitude, would make a significant difference. Thank you for your hospitality overall, but I hope you consider improving this aspect for future guests.

“Didn’t live up to expectations, wouldn’t recommend”
To be improved

When we went, the main pool that is shown in the pictures was closed and drained! The pictures show great views and the drive there was surrounded in great views so we were very excited, however soon after arriving you notice you can’t actually see those views from the spaces around the hotels! There are walls or bushes covering it. The water in the bathroom was also really smelly. We had to open all the windows after having a shower. The bed was small and not comfortable. The pillows were really old.

“This hotel was my favorite place to stay in our two week trip! It was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We wish we had come sooner, but will always long to return. The warm hospitality, beautiful decor, grounds and quiet space was perfect t after a busy week of travel and sightseeing. Thank you for such a wonderful, quick stay!”

Perfect location. It was neat, tidy and huge.

To be improved

Good thing we had a car and the place was in the middle of nowhere. We even got lost on the way but managed.
