“Can't wait to go back!”

Love this hotel!! From the great location to the amazing staff, The Palacio Pinello has it all. The hotel is charming and has a welcoming feeling and such friendly and helpful staff. Their breakfast is a perfect way to start your day from the delicious options to the inviting space to eat within. It is quiet and relaxing, and the roof top space has wonderful views. Seeing the cathedral lite up at night while enjoying wine and cheese is stunning. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a relaxing vacation largely in part to this hotel. Location is ideal as you are close to all the attractions, shops and food, but avoids the traffic right around the hotel itself. This will a return spot for us!

“Five Star Hotel in the Heart of Old Town”

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Palacio Pinello for 3 nights in March of 2025. We booked one of their Suites which was large and had exquisitely carved wooden ceilings. Our sincere thanks to one of the greatest Reception Teams ever--Rosa, Rodrigo, Daniela and Laura! In addition, the General Manager Jacobo was outstanding. Exemplary support. Greeted with a glass of wine and escorted to the beautiful Rooftop terrace to decompress after our flight. Perfect location in the Santa Cruz neighborhood--a few steps away from numerous tapa bars and just around the corner from the Cathedral. Breakfast was served in the central atrium and was excellent. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The best

Make sure to check out the rooftop terrace and its great views. Nice breakfast, very relaxed atmosphere, central to cathedral and other sights. Nice friendly staff. Try and book 2/3 days in advance for main attractions even in off peak season

“Limited facilities. It could be better.”

The best

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff at the reception, especially from entered until our departure, was very helpful and attentive. Thanks to team, especially Teressa, who made efforts to make our vacation more enjoyable. The location is great, within walking distance of tourist attractions. Our room was cleaned every day, but overall, the cleanliness didn’t meet our expectations (the curtains were not clean, the sheets not properly tucked into the duvet, and the bathroom not cleaned as we had hoped). Although we booked a deluxe room, the room was too small to spend time in, and no minibar service. However, there is a coffee station at the entrance of the hotel available 24/7.

“Great Hotel, Great Location!”

Great hotel in a great location. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, minutes from the Cathedral, bars and restaurants. Check-In was straight forward, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the 02nd floor, large and well appointed, with a nice size bathroom, air condoning, Tv with a very comfortable bed and ample storage space. Breakfast is available in the central atrium, offering a good selection of hot & cold food. Tea & coffee is available throughout the day, along with an honesty bar. The only disappointing element(s) was that although the hotel kept us informed about other things, we were not made aware that the Roof Terrace was closed for redevelopment, a shame as this was one of the features that attracted us to this hotel, in fact the hotel website shows the roof terrace in its promotional images and narrative. Also the bar opening times are vague, often closed by 3pm. Other than that we highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again should we re-visit Seville!

“Nice”

The best

I feel this is the best location to stay in Sevilla .. hotel was very neat and clean . And main just a walking distance from everywhere . Rooms were very clean attached washrooms and there is no view seen from room but it’s still good …. Staff was very cooperative and friendly
