Washing was not in the toilet. Reception girl told us he couldnt do anything to solve the problem about the noise in the room that was produced every time we opened the window

The restaurant staff were often quite rude telling me I’m not allowed to sit outside even when there were tables free and other people sat outside. Then whenever I went for breakfast 2 out of the 4 times they were not very welcoming and one member of staff seemed surprised when I asked for a table for breakfast and he said it’s for people who stay at the hotel, I explained I was staying there and he got in a huff and acted shocked I was staying there. The breakfast was okay but the eggs tasted really meaty and looked dirty as if they had used a pan that had not been washed ever. The coffee was often cold however due to the restaurant staff not being welcoming, I did not feel like I could say anything about it. As a young solo traveller I do appreciate when staff are atleast pleasant to me or nice and understanding like the reception staff however, the restaurant staff ruined this for me.

We paid over 2,000 euro for this lovely hotel for 8 days. The problem was , We didn't get one good night's sleep. Due to the fact that we were just across from The Beach Club.. and the earliest the music stopped was 3am and the latest was 6am on the Friday morning.. It was a crazy sound.. we nearly went mad.. They left ear plugs in the room for us.. sorry, they just don't do it.. We actually checked out of the hotel a day early, and we got a lovely hotel a block away, for our final day.. As this was our first visit to Valencia, it left us so dissatisfied.. In all honesty, I couldn't recommend this hotels location to anybody. Such a pity, The Hotel itself is Class..

The room I stayed in was a bit dark with one narrow glass door opening on to tiny courtyard, no windows. The hotel was nice and quiet during the week but it seems like 'party town' at the weekends, I didn't like all the noise and banging of doors. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel at weekends. The shower door opening is very awkward and needs upgrading to sliding doors or a screen.
