Very stylish, great location

To be improved

There was no one on reception to check in (or let us in) and it took multiple phone calls to different numbers to get access. The shower (walk-in) drain was blocked so the whole bathroom flooded when we used it. Staff were very helpful when available. Roof terrace was covered up for winter.

Great welcome - very quiet street, great aircon and a cool very lovely comfortable room.

To be improved

Breakfast was served in quite a dark room - you could have it in the courtyard but we preferred to go out to a local place.
