Hotel Branka

Short one night stay in Mundaka. This hotel was great, had a little patio too. Beds comfy. Hotel bar is great for dinner and breakfast.

Good location

I stayed here for the Europa League final. At first I was worried about booking a one-star hotel as I would never normally book anything less than a four-star. My worry was soon forgotten, yes the rooms are basic, but they are spotless and have all you need for a comfortable stay, the maid serviced the room every day the towels were very fuffy and white, all the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to please! We were in room 22 which had a Juliet balcony with view of the sea! Location was fantastic 5 minutes walk to the beach with views to die for! Also 2 minutes to the train station with trains direct to Bilbao every 30 minutes, you can also take the bus to Bilbao from just outside the hotel. Mundaka is a beautiful place there are a few Tapas bars and restaurants and some fantastic scenic walks! I loved this place and would recommend it to anyone, I will most definitely be returning to Mundaka and staying in the Hotel Brannka! I would personality like to thank all the staff in particular Fernando and Hose for their fantastic hospitality! 5 stars from me!!

Very friendly staff. Helped with bikes off the roof and stored them for us. Really clean and quiet. Close to the harbour

The room is on the 3rd floor, sort of an attic space under the eaves, with skylights for light. I was initially disappointed not to have a view through regular windows, but the sound of the rain on the roof was very soothing, and the beds were very comfortable so I slept well. The room was very clean.
