“Nice to have a jacuzzi in the room pity it didn't work: under heavy renovation this is a pit stop”

Breakfast was acceptable choice of tortilla and cereals, pastries, fruit, toast, eggs, orange juice, water and served with a smile

To be improved

clearly the renovation - reconstruction was a surprise and the concept of going to the basement to get the lift was a surprise. The lack of swimming pool and leisure amenities was also a disappointment.

A bog standard hotel, similar to a travel lodge in the UK. The hotel was clean and tidy, room and bathroom was clean. Aircon/heating worked amazingly.

To be improved

The lift wasn’t working, they were actively trying to fix that but the lights on the stairs didn’t come on as the sensor must not have been working. I booked under the impression our room had a balcony which turns out you can’t have the balcony rooms with h children.

Very noisy near the motorway and all night long. Room not the cleanest, dilapidated and blister plaster stuck on the side table!

When I went to check in two staff on the desk were arguing, on the Saturday night there was some party which wasn’t advertised so I didn’t get any sleep

Hotel blared extremely loud DJ music above our room until 3AM. It literally shook the bed all night. Hotel staff first told me to wait until it was done. I had to insist on a new room, which was no better. Avoid this place like the plague.
