Hotel Cabana

Noise at night next to my room for 4 nights of the holiday complained about it nothing was done. Food was bad no taste to it. No kettle box in the room was told it was a cool box in the room. Wasn’t great value for money. Won’t be back. Said there was evening entertainment. all it was music playing on a CD for people dancing that are there all the time . needs painting and to clean the bird poop off the balcony.

I didn't like the lifts, in a hotel that holds about 300 people the lifts only held 3 per lift and people constantly overloaded them. I had to climb out at 1 stage as a Spanish couple got in and because they couldn't understand me the lift broke down with us all in it

The hotel is a very popular for the Spanish tourists the staff do treat the English guest differently in many ways they hardly smile they don't want to be helpful at all We stayed for 4 nights any more I would of considered moving The rooms were tiny very outdated decor there are 12.floors I believe and around 4 very tiny elevators that fit 3 ppl in Max and they were extremely temperamental at times and not working feeling every time we got in would we get stuck thankfully we were only 5 floors up but at times there were bigger queues for the lifts than the bar There was many groups of young Spanish lads staying at the same time we assumed for a football competition as they were in matching kits onthey did take over the hotel at times that wasn't the issue it was the late night throwing bottles of urine off their balconies at people and rubbish everywhere and no one from hotel management dealt with it yet a British couple arguing with one another was screamed at by staff and thrown out the hotel with no warnings which was a shock to see Bathroom was dirty and very old had a little bath with a shower that burnt you at times Wouldn't visit again
